- A rebuild of an old storage structure into a daycare/preschool.

- Repair of the floor, and outer corridor with concrete and new tile.

- New paint.
- Repair of the doors and walls.
- Repair of the kitchen.

- Paint and repair of the roof.

- Total cost: 13,462 cordobas ($608).
